Very sorry to hear that! Of course I am happy to send a replacement. Unfortunately carrier issues - while rare - can regrettably happen and are beyond my control. Super pleased with the product I received. High quality transfers for the Blood Ravens Space Marine chapter—and lots of them! Shipping fees were reasonable and the product arrived in good condition and in good time.
If I’m in need of custom or hard to get transfers again, I will use ImpatientTabletop!
