Shipping costs are displayed clearly before completing your order. For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT, or fees may apply. These costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Processing Time
We ship with Swiss Post or equivalent courier service. We aim to ship all orders within 3 workings days (Mo-Sa). Processing time for orders placed after 14:00 (GMT+1) will start the next working day. Any delays (e.g., during vacations or holidays) will be clearly communicated in advance, either via private message to the customer or through a visible notice on our website.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination:
- Zone 1: 3-5 days
- Zone 2: 5-10 days
- Zone 3 & 4: 8 - 28 days
We make every effort to meet these estimated delivery times. However, delays caused by customs procedures or our logistics partners are beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the postal or courier service.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon order placement and can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay etc).
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Graphium GmbH does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Products and Customization
Our printed items are produced individually and on demand. Our custom items are produced individually and on demand according to customer specifications received in writing beforehand.
Before production, customers have the opportunity to review and confirm design or customization details.
Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, except where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
