Hi, I’m Tom — the hands, head, and heart behind ImpatientTabletop. I’ve been in the miniature hobby for over 20 years, ever since I got my first set of minis at age 12 and immediately fell in love with the creativity and storytelling they inspire.

What hooked me then still drives me today: making every miniature unique. Custom iconography, markings, and symbols add character and narrative depth — but for years I found myself frustrated by the limited decal options available. Freehand painting wasn’t always feasible, and nobody offered the custom designs I wanted.

So I stopped waiting. I combined my background in graphic design with decades of hobby experience and began creating high-quality decal designs for myself and fellow wargamers. That’s how ImpatientTabletop was born: out of passion, experience, and the desire to turn great ideas into reality without the wait.
