Hi, I’m Tom — the hands, head, and heart behind ImpatientTabletop. I’ve been in the miniature hobby for over 20 years, ever since I got my first set of minis at age 12 and immediately fell in love with the creativity and storytelling they inspire.

What hooked me then still drives me today: making every miniature unique with custom iconography, markings, and symbols that add character and narrative depth — but for years I found myself frustrated by the limited decal options available. Freehand painting isn't always feasible, and nobody offered the custom designs I really wanted.

So I stopped waiting. I combined my skill in graphic design with decades of hobby experience and created a place where miniature hobbyists like myself can make their models truly personalized.
