Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. 

2. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the shop is a non-binding invitation to order. By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by e-mail.

3. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in CHF. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties (customs, VAT, fees) may apply and must be paid by the customer.

4. Delivery

We ship worldwide by post or courier. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. 

5. Payment

Payments are processed via the methods stated in the shop. Payment is due immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Consumers residing in the EU have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Exemptions: customized or personalized products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us in writing. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence also apply. Place of jurisdiction for business customers is Basel, Switzerland.
