Shipping
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping options (tracked or untracked) and their costs are displayed at checkout.
Worldwide shipping is offered at flat rates.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the goods have been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Defects & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If products arrive damaged or incorrect, we will replace them at no additional cost. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt. Valid claims entitle the customer either to a replacement delivery or a refund of the product value (excluding shipping costs).
Custom items are produced on demand and to customer specification, agreed clearly beforehand and are not eligible for return, but will be replaced free of charge if they arrive damaged.
Returns
Customers may return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
The purchase price will be refunded, less the shipping costs incurred.
All returns must be announced in writing before sending the goods back.
