1. Scope and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern all purchases made through our online store www.impatienttabletop.com, operated by Graphium GmbH, based in Zug, Switzerland.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as the basis of your contractual relationship with us.

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
All products displayed in our online shop are non-binding offers. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding purchase offer.
A contract is concluded once Graphium GmbH confirms the order via email.
If a product is not available after the order is placed, the customer will be informed immediately and any payment already made will be refunded in full.

 

4. Products and Customization
Our printed items are produced individually and on demand. Our custom items are produced individually and on demand according to customer specifications received in writing beforehand.
Before production, customers have the opportunity to review and confirm design or customization details.
Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, except where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon order placement and can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay etc).
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Graphium GmbH does not store or have access to your full payment details.

13. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.
Graphium GmbH is fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising from essential contractual obligations.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, unless required by law.

12. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your information is used solely for order processing, shipping, and legal obligations.
We do not sell or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all contractual relationships are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain applicable.

14. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at:

Graphium GmbH is not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
