Good communication, order shipped fast and was delivered fast. I ordered a color alteration, and it closely matched my requested color. However, print quality was not very good, and pixelation is very apparent, especially compared to official water transfers. It's probably only an issue if you look too closely, but for $20+, I was hoping for better.
An excellent selection of alien markings, and they were able to closely match the paint color I had picked for my models. Exactly what I was looking for!
